Maple Glen Eyecare James Cimbak, O.D. Jen Anderson O.D.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and have seen both doctors, though I usually see Dr. Anderson. They’re both very friendly, easy to talk to, and really professional. Appointments are always quick but never rushed. Would recommend to anyone!

I would give 10 Stars if I could. This place is wonderful. I've been in healthcare for 30 years. I've seen good, bad, indifferent, and awful. It's so refreshing and such a privilege to have such wonderful doctors and staff like the people at this office. I felt respected and cared for the moment I entered the office, through the examination ,and the process of getting new glasses and left feeling so satisfied and taken care of! The staff at Maple Glen should be so proud of themselves they are doing an above average amazing job!!!

Dr. Anderson is wonderful. She caught an eye tracking issue for my son last year which greatly improved his reading. She is so thorough and has wonderful bedside manner. Highly recommend.

I have been Dr. Cimbak's patient for many years. I was having an issue and he took me right away. He did a Thorough exam and calmed my fears. He is one of a kind. Very special and the staff are always amazing! So kind and patient. I highly recommend this practice. It's rare these days to find such Dedicated Professionals.

I started seeing Dr. Anderson last year for regular eye care. I've been very impressed with her and the entire staff. I've had several pairs of glasses made and the quality and process was smooth. Dr. Anderson was especially helpful in referring me to a vision therapist after a stroke last summer that affected my vision. I highly recommend this practice.

I came in with a potentially urgent situation, having never been a patient before. I literally walked in. They were so kind and accommodating and took me on the spot. I can’t say enough about every member of the staff with whom I interacted. I was very scared and anxious and they took such fabulous care of me. And I’m now a regular patient!

Dr. Cimbak is five stars in every way— the best technology, best expertise, best efficiency of any eye specialist I’ve ever had. I have some complex issues that he sorts through efficiently and effectively, all while communicating clearly with me along the way. The office staff is also very helpful and on it. Great experience and great care all around.
